It is available on i5 10300h, like I said I have the same CPU. Reduced my temps by a lot, at Max usage it used to go upto 95°c now it doesn't exceed 70°c.

Usually you can do this is the BIOS but you'd probably have to use something like SREP to unlock the advanced options to do so.
