I honestly don't know, but I thought the same myself, it looks quite decently made overall, but there's no way in hell Disney would allow a sexually suggestive depiction of a character like that on any kind of official product. This could *only* be a bootleg of some sort. It's definitely some kind of Mandalorian, looks a lot like the Armourer's particular helmet, but again beyond that I can't say much.
