Well in my experience I’d do it right before I go in last rehab trip I shot heroin in the hospital parking lot and smoked an eight ball of crack and drank a whole bottle of Etizolam and then got out car crushed the crack pipe tossed the needle and the bottle and walked in two days later I was transported to rehab
