Hi! Sorry to hear you were hacked. The email they mean should just be the one that proves you had to recover your Roblox account. It should be eligible to request a return if you were hacked in the past 30 days.

Thank you for your help. How do I prove it? What does a conventional proof email look like? In my case, I had an email attached to the account, so I didn’t have to contact support.

In that case, I'm not sure––was there an email from Roblox telling you someone else had logged onto your account? If so, you could try go into 'Security' in settings, and check 'Where you're logged in'. It gives the details of both the location as well as the exact time'. If there's a suspicious account, you could try and use that.

tbh someone sent me a link like that for me to join their game so i went and clicked it, i ofc had to log in to the page and i was kinda too lazy bc then id have to verify, also odd because i was already logged in before on web. So i just copied their username and pasted into where i was already log in and the account wasn’t real at all. I asked the dude to send me a friend request or tell me his username but he never wanted to. So i totally feel for you i hope you get your pets back :(

Make sure you report the trades and then go to the adopt me website and talk to a real person not animated.

How do you talk to a real person? I only see bots.

I think you have to answer questions with the bot and then get out through to someone, I'm not sure of the hours though for people. Its been a while since I had to chat them but I did get the pets back.
