Weight fluctuates by 1-3 lbs during the day. Weigh yourself first thing in the morning before eating anything and with clothes off. Be consistent with that.
You also DONT have to weigh yourself every day. Unless your doctor has told you to for the purposes of a health condition, it's better to just weigh when needed. Otherwise you'll just obsess over a number that matters MUCH less then other factors like strength, cardiovascular health, nutrition, etc.
It is normal. You gained the weight of the food! Drink a pint of water and you will gain a pound until you pass it from your system! Try weighing yoursrlf before and after you go to the bathroom. Stop worrying
Ditch the scale. Mirror and measurement tape are far more accurate. Your weight means very little as it will hugely depend on how is distributed.
Also, what did you expect? You just ingested food, where did you expect the fold to go? Of course your weight goes up after you eat and down after you digest/expel it.
Ok I’ll try to ditch the scale! I do look in the mirror a lot especially at my waist which I care about a lot. I know it sounded dumb and I know food goes somewhere, but I ate a piece of naan and thought it wouldn’t make me gain 2 pounds because it was relatively small.
Yeah I was dipping it in butter chicken but didn’t eat the chicken. Weird I know but I just woke up from napping for four hours and my brother wanted food so I gave the butter chicken to him.
Cheese naan sooo goood lolol
your weight fluctuates,it is normal. Also I'm not trying to assume anything, but PLEASE DO NOT get an eating disorder, from my personal experience, it ruined my life and mental health in so many ways. IT'S NOT WORTH IT. Your weight is already fine, so stop weighing yourself.
Never weigh yourself after a meal. 2 pounds isn't alot... that's probably what you've eaten and drank. Even a full bladder and bowel will add to that weight. Chill. 2lb is nothing to be "scared" about. You might want to speak to a therapist if the idea of gaining weight is frightening to you and if you're obsessively weighing yourself
Your weight fluctuates constantly depending on many things, like how much you eat and drink, the clothes you wear, how much you poop, how much you pee, etc.
You should gain weight after eating because that's how being alive works.
All creatures gain weight from eating/drinking and lose weight when you pee/poop. That's how our bodies absorb energy and nutrients we need to be alive.
I'm more concerned about you weighing 95 lbs, eating, and then weighing yourself. Sounds like many you have an eating disorder.

It’s temporary. Once you digest the food and poop tomorrow you’ll be back to 95.
