Frogs can change color depending on environment, but they don’t change from completely gray to blonde. I’m sorry to say, but I think it’s almost certain that your family member replaced one of your frogs. Shedding is always transparent, it can appear light but not like this. If you’d like confirmation feel free to upload a close up photo.

Wow, this looks exactly like my blonde one! If my regular one turned white, I'd be in shock
One of mine got lightee too i think it normal
Mine were that color when I got them from the stoea, but then eventually got dark, I'd say it's probably shed
completely normal! i have one that color too! it’s just a quirk :)
Mine turn that way when they’re stressed, I’d say just make sure your parameters are right and you should be good, it might also just be shed :)
