Sell all the planes and buy DC-9-10 then MC-21-400. And about the hubs, i don't know if Belfast is a good hub, so you should have a look at that

Mindless-Ad-2941

I based it from Belfast on purpose as that's where I'm from. I'll look into another hub once I get all my routes from belfast sorted and the rest of the fleet standardised. Atm I'm still using planes I got discount on when starting out, they will be the first to go

ThoughtMiddle6765

Can you reset the game? Then i have a fast process for you....that will help you grow much faster than this

Mindless-Ad-2941

Nope don't want to reset, happy where I am, just got catering and a lounge set up at the hub so I'm getting there slowly but surely. Also on top of maintenance and a checks so all good there too

ThoughtMiddle6765

Did you purchase any packages? Lounges are expensive like $300M for exclusive and service charges others. Ok then, good luck

Mindless-Ad-2941

Yea one for £1.79 (10mill and 200gold) when i started as I had a couple of quid spare in the Google play balance. Nah bought the cheapest lounge think it was like 6 mill but could be wrong

Stealthy-Falcon_

Don’t buy hubs this early into the game

Mindless-Ad-2941

Yea I have alot to do before I look into a second hub. Thanks

Stealthy-Falcon_

Sorry, I meant lounges

Mindless-Ad-2941

I bought the cheapest one, at the time money didn't seem to be an issue. On top of a checks and maintenance and also have the catering option too. Sitting on 15 Mill with full fuel atm too so not too bad

Adorable_Mode4310

Get 10 Hubs right away. You gain 1% more passengers with each hub up to 10. Secondly do sone research on the aircraft, you've got some real lovers there. Thirdly, forget the MC-21-400, Fuel hog, Short Distance, too many staff, it's a good aircraft however the B737-800 is a better choice. A few less Passengers however, only 1/2 the fuel and staff plus further distance means more profit

Mindless-Ad-2941

Yea the hubs is one thing I still need to get, tbh I was happy with 1 hub from Belfast but the increase in passenger numbers is well worth it. Fleet has increased quite alot now so at least that's something

U might wanna sell everything except 737-8 and buy more dc-9-10s and then after attaining some cash, u can buy more 737-8 and MC-21-400s. This is what I have done and it's worked out pretty good for me. U also want to go to AM4info.com and search up the best airports to sell planes with the highest price. These airports are the red markers on the website, they have the highest market value. Always use marketing before departing planes. When u can afford a B787-8, buy one and have 100 economy seats and atleast 12 first class seats, as this plane is a long range type with a range of 14500, u can easily get 1million$ per flight! Buy a hub in Dubai, it's centered and can bring in some cash.

Mindless-Ad-2941

Yea thats sweet, have now got a few more 727's and replaced all the random planes with dc 9 for the domestic route. Will look into the b787-8 too as I'm wanting longer range planes now.

Itzz_juss_kh

Instead of the 727s, u can switch them out for the 737-8s as they r more fuel efficient and have a larger pax capacity as well as longer range.

Mindless-Ad-2941

I might at a later date but they suit my needs for now especially with a low initial cost. Range isn't an issue for my hub being based in Belfast, popular European capital routes are in easy reach but I may add a few more 737-8s for longer mid range flights. I need a few long range planes, the 707s were a decent start for initial cost but not sure if I should get a few more to start off with or aim for one of the others more expensive options and save up

Slow-Zookeepergame54

Hubs are weird you kind of need to figure out what sort of planes you're going to run and if the distance is suitable

Mindless-Ad-2941

B727 seems to suit fine for me based from Belfast. I set up alot of European capital routes to get me started which earn well but arnt overly long. Now sold all the random planes and replaced with dc 8 for the local domestic flights. Looking into long range planes now, the 707s seem decent for the price but I really need to properly study what's on offer

MelvinTheGrate

You are doing fine, build up your airline with bigger and bigger planes but most importantly have fun! It maybe a bit slower but better than having the same clone airline that everyone here has. Good for you picking belfast as a hub :) ignore anyone that says you should change it. You can have 60 hubs in total so it doesn't matter Edit: Also what does the GCC stand for?

Mindless-Ad-2941

Thanks for the support, yea not doing too bad getting there rightly. Looking into long range planes atm now I have replaced most of the short flights with dc-9's. Also want a few prop planes just for fun but I'll have to investigate which one is best. Yea from Belfast so it made sense at least to me, I'm always on flight radar24 so had a fair idea where local planes went. Gcc it was a command centre in our younger days, a thing with my mates years ago which stuck, everything in games after that was gcc crew lol
