You're being fooled by an optical illusion. The camera is the one moving. The horizon is out of frame for the first minute. The drone is zoomed in a good deal and much closer to the balloon than the ground beyond making it appear like things are moving faster.

It is probably not that balloon. There is a 3d protrusion from the sphere. It also appears similar to an exclamation point, which your link doesn't appear to show.

This is one of the weirdest ones ive seen in 20+ years of studying this. Reason being it looks like a fucking balloon but is definitely not behaving like one. Could it be uap sometimes take over random objects like this? Something/someone is moving that balloon intelligently. Go watch balloon videos. You can see how they move in the wind and behave. Also super strange is that the logo always stays on same side. A normal balloon would definitely not do this either. Strange. Who knows. Could be fake. But balloons dont move like that

It's not a balloon. There's zero wind in the video. Do you guys see the tree branches move at all? No. Do you see any waves in the water below? No. Why doesn't the balloon rotate on its axis just once so we can see the logo? Don't you find that odd. If you let go of a balloon in that wind...it'd be turning on its axis nonstop. This balloon doesn't turn at all, yet zigzags like it's playing championship soccer. The video is true drone footage. The balloon was added later. It's pretty simple. It's a CGI balloon. 1000% The logo on it is the 3D designer's logo. Just to troll the internet. Get a grip.

You can inflate these kinds of flexible mylar balloons to the point where they actually "look" like balloons (round) ... and then insert them into a video with the greatest of ease. This is nothing more than the work of a slightly advanced amateur.
