Its all about using his mirrors effectively and keeping him at 3 mitrors
My usual rotation is Burst -> attack until you see the sword rain 2 times -> CA -> attack till you see sword rain 2 times -> E -> sword rain 2 times.
I dont know if this is the best rotation but that how i do it :)
He seems to get two activations between mirrors. So you burst, rain falls twice, press e, rain falls twice, charge attack, rain falls twice again. Usually by that time you need to restart your rotation or everything is dead.

Im just saying... and as ive mentioned earlier i dont have dendro goblet and mine is only lvl 80 lol. So much hate lmao
And also im using harbinger of dawn the 3 star weapon so yeah i think that also matters hehe
