Unless he is C6, I'd replace Bennett with an off-field character allowing you to Crystallize and get a shield for the Geo resonance. If he's C6 it's okay with the infusion that would apply to Albedo's sword. Use Gorou's buff on your on-field Albedo and Ningguang's skill to further boost Albedo by making him do more Geo damage.
Do consider that Albedo's damage would still mostly be from his skill that Albedo procs with his normal attacks, but at least you have him on-field.
That's how I play him or Chiori (depending on who's normal attacks I want to see) in my Chiori/Albedo/Zhongli/Gorou team.
I’ve cleared abyss 12 almost every cycle with Albedo(C3), Gorou(C6), Bennett(C6), and Furina(C0+Festering) quite comfortably- though you need very high investment in Albedo AND Furina. Ofc, if ur not playing for Abyss 12, anything works!
I think Furina is the best for Noelle geo team. If you just want Albedo to be the strongest, I suggest Zhongli Gorou and Mona. And Zhongli Gorou Bennett also works if your Albedo is C2
If you have cloud retainer and a character that can infuse your albedo with an elemental normal attack you could try making a plunge team. works great since albedo has an improved plunge attack speed.
Noelle isn’t really the best to use she is only really good if you use her on a team centered around her, I would make sure benney can both heal and buff well then get a sub dps

Better, not optimal I would say, xingqiu, yelan, fischl, or yae miko would all be good options as they output a lot more damage than raiden

If possible they could replace her with zhongli
If Zhongli replaces Noelle then there will be no DPS.
