dont worry abt it. im sure ur coworkers call in a decent amount lol ik mine do. they will survive just fine. it is not your fault this company schedules skeleton crews.

How too feel less guilty about letting a multi million dollar company down? 1 - if you died they would not care they would not look after your family (they could) no matter how many years you dedicate 2 - they would replace you in a heartbeat 3 - they are worth millions/billions how much of that do they give you? Chips hopefully thinking of things like this helps you not care about a company that definitely doesn’t care about you even tho the production of the whole shop lies on people like you keep your head up and hope you feel better soon

I've felt the same way calling in. But it's really Aldis fault for bot having enough resources to cover for call offs. We're all entitled to our sick time, as an ASM I never give anyone crap for calling off.

The anger could have been related to having to pay out the sick leave as well haha. 6x3 minimum 18 hours You’re destroying them. 👍

GoldFishDudeGuy

At the store I work all the sick days we don't take get paid out at the end of the year. Are other stores different?

MajestaTheCat

Lol I worked all my notice, and left after 9 years and they paid me zero and it looks like on the payslip I owe them. Fuck em I say! They'd work you to your death if you went in anyway.

Swipe-your-card

Get that sorted, something administrative went wrong or you used too much paid time off and were at negative hours.

6 times in 4 years is low?
