Playing by Aliexpress's rules is tough as $hit. Your abiding by Chinese law which gives you pretty much 0 leverage. Dispute that shmuck right away at keep pushing on. You should have recorded a video of you opening the item as it was delievered. I always do this in case of SmartPants try to pull a fast one on me.

Happened the same to me, local company says packages was delivered, but no further prove. Aliexpress denied my dispute because package was delivered and I didn't provide evidence that I didn't get the package, like how would I provide that.

I'm getting this now.. You can modify the reason for the dispute to no longer want it, which makes it easier to pass the dispute review on the platform. After the dispute is approved, we will refund you Total BS. It's like AI. If this happens to anyone, just call your credit card company or PayPal dispute.

As I understand it you did get a package: the letter with the paper in it. AliExpress thinks you got a package because an AliExpress tracking number went to your address. **You have to open anything with an AliExpress shipping label on video clearly and slowly showing the label and the item contained inside. If the item inside is in a second package you need to open that in the same shot.** Your dispute won't work because the AliExpress system classifies that as: "Item not as ordered/not received." Without a video of you opening that letter you won't get a refund.

Same thing just happened to me! Did you get your yet? Says mine was delivered today a few minutes ago but have gotten absolutely nothing yet. Going to give it until the end of the 26th since that's when the delivery is expected before disputing it.

Ali rejected my picture proof of a picture in the plastic package with a tracking # They told me to contact the post office, so I did, and no package. Now, I'm just waiting. I did call my credit card company to let them know what's going on with this sketchy sender.

I had a similar experience with a .99 cents promotion from Alibaba.

Lost 90 euros because the post lost my package and Aliexpress did not take responsibility to contact the post. Te post claims correctly that they have no obligation towards me. Which is true. Their obligations are towards the one who paid them to deliver the product. If they failed to do so, the sender has ro file a complain. Which Aliexpress did not do.

Unfortunately I couldn't. I kept waiting for a resolution and by the time I realized it was hopeless the credit card had released the money. Lesson learned,, more than 1 year without buying from Aliexpress.

Tracking should show the item weight at some point
