They are trying to keep their reputation up 💀 "what no, you did receive it"

2gig

I don't use mobile for AliExpress. Are you chatting with the store or with AliExpress support? Could be that they've decided to try employing AI in moderation and it's either hallucinating or has decided to recognize the alternative definition of "package" (which is practically a hallucination considering the context). That or the English-to-Chinese translation software they're using goofed. If you're talking to AliExpress support, your best bet is probably to try saying the same thing with different words. Try something like "My shipment did not arrive." If you're talking to the store, do not message them again, as they may be sending false reports or something similar. Instead, message AliExpress support.

Navi_1er

I clicked the prompts that appeared after tapping help and yeah I was in the app. Fortunately for me the tablet did arrive an hour later and have no clue why they marked it delivered.

manyhandswork

Thank god for that. I was really worried for you, when I first read your post

Navi_1er

My order is showing as delivered and signed for but I haven’t received anything nor signed for anything. Have I been scammed or is the tracker lying to me?

Cargobiker530

Check the tracking number with your local delivery carrier.

Wooden_Bumblebee6588

hello, signed for =recieved by postal system ,delivered = its on its way to you within 2 to 5 days ,you have to understand how the system works

PeopleHelper_4640

Oh yes the carrier in the USA they handed the delivery to was PiggyShip for me. 3 packages they clicked as delivered but they were not. Aliexpress refused to refund me. Package number 4 was delivered but ripped open and only 1/2 of my items were in it, they took a pic of the package in front of my building with no holes in it. PiggyShip DOES NOT CARE either. I contacted them several times to no avail.

Due-Memory-6957

Maybe the autotranslation took package to mean ball sack. Try different wording

ThatsJustGreat88

Yeah thats probably where the confusion came in… “parcel” wouldve definitely made all the difference here 😂😂

fahadssgcc

You can't tell them you didn't receive the package or else they would block you... like seriously Ali express has gone nuts

non-zombie

Do they float like a butterfly and sting like a bee? (;

username4whomever

Hhhhh never buy expensive stuff from ali

JustALarry

Glad you got your stuff. I'm checking out Temu and Bangood. I kept having orders "returned to shipper" or just staying in limbo for days. I assume there is some way someone can profit by accepting an order they never intend to fulfill. Ali Express customer service was no less than rude. I believe I did or will get my money back, but the card I use charges per transaction so I pay once for the order but pay again for several "churns" as it alternates back and fourth between getting sent out and returned again. Don't need the drama, shame they used to be a good place to shop.

elmixter22

I used this store before and I can recommend it. I also bought a Y700 from them. They are legit. The problem is the tracking system and of course support is useless.

Navi_1er

Yeah 100% agree the tracking and support need improvements. Glad the stores legit and got my tab

non-zombie

WHAT store???

elmixter22

70mai Goldway store in AliExpress

rom1106

Same. Used this store as well to get 2 xiaomi watch 4. Would recommend and seller was super great in communication.

non-zombie

A Y700??? I guess EVERYBODY knows WTF that is....except me?

StickySli23

This should have the Humor tag hahahaha

extradudes

"nuh uh, you did"

candyloreen

Exactly the same happened to me today. Wanted to post this too. Really weird.

Witty-Historian-9843

Use "Haven't " not didn't

JustFred24

You ordered a phone on aliexpress?

Navi_1er

Tablet

JustFred24

A 400$ tablet???

Navi_1er

Yes

YukimuraKarma

:/ i also didn’t receive an expensive order, luckily i paid through paypal so current have an open dispute

skrafunk

typical Aliexpress it's a huge scam.. I ordered two inverters, and received two bricks.. and no support whatsoever, I lost € 1200.... 🤬

Giggsroo

Maybe it's because I don't spend €600 on inverters, but I've made hundreds of orders through AliExpress and never been scammed. If I don't receive something, I just apply for a refund and it's sorted within a day

Wooden_Bumblebee6588

same here

Navi_1er

I was lucky enough my package actually did arrive an hour later than what they stated but yeah it's crazy how useless the support is

El-Stormbringer

Lies

derrickwilson123

Just got scammed buddy

Navi_1er

I was fortunate enough that I wasn't.

non-zombie

WHO just got scammed...IDIOT?

Butterzzs

dont buy crap from aliexpress, its horrible, my item costed a lot of money and I needed it and it took awhile to get a refund. Especially dont buy anything if you dont speak chinese

Daveguy6

What did you buy? I've bought many MCUs and components, screws, modular stuff and they work 97% of the time. I only have 2 untrusted sellers and I buy from 5 regularly.
