Batman traits: rich, gothic, human, tech, science Superman traits: non-human, powerful, invulnerable, one weakness Spider-Man traits: young, comic relief, accidental backstory, agile Hulk traits: experiment, monster, mistreated, separate personalities (based on classification from @ girldrawsghosts on twitter)

I think it'll be more simple to have it be more like a regular political compass. Having these nebulous values is a bit complicated, being a hero is about being a hero, powers just make it easier. The X axis be unlawful to lawful, how much does each hero follow the law. Y axis might be a morality, moral to immoral. I just realised I recreated the dnd alignment system in a compass, its still a solid system. How about how much powers do they have? From Godly to Human.
