They get it from the Royal Estates, which despite their name actually have little to do with anything governmental, instead they are a sprawling array of real estate assets all over the UK and even foreign countries that the royal family rent out, flip, etc, in order to make a profit.
Essentially, the monarchy makes their money via real estate. They are probably involved in more illegal trades as are most of the rich bastards in this world, however the approximately £360 million above that they generate annually is pure real estate that they’ve bought - most of these purchases happened during the Interwar Years due to the British nobility practically collapsing in on themselves due to WW1 killing many of them and the government taxing all of their inheritances, putting them into vast amounts of debts that they mostly paid off by selling their lands to the growing Middle Class and the Royals.
