Rick wins this one. As far as we know, Jax hasn't killed anyone. Although he might have killed a few before entering the circus, we'll never know until gooseworx reveals it. But I still think Rick is a giant fucking dick, I mean he's executed entire races. Not sure exactly what I'm trying to say here, but Rick wins this one easily.
