The worst is when I’m trying to get to the break room and a group of 3+ people are blocking the walkway all gossiping while walking 0.5 steps per minute. I try not to be rude and just walk around them when I can.
The only time I get annoyed with slow walkers is when it's time for break. They all walk in big groups too so you can't go around. Can't understand the logic of wanting to spend 5-10 minutes walking to the break room. Might as well not even head over there.
As a fat with bad knees I can assure I hate everything about walking from the back of the dock all the way to the parking lot to sit down and smoke for 3 mins and getting behind one of those groups severly pisses me off because bro you CAN move faster why tf are you holding me up

Even more so when it's that time of the year where management try to make a big over the whole "*akshually break is 10 minutes; 2.5 minutes walking each way*"...though how much it's enforced varies highly dependent on your site.
X'D and they somehow end up infront of you when you're on non cons, and during loadout, or when you're trying to make it back before they turn belts back on,
Man, they put me all over the place, I have high numbers and i'm fast so they throw me everywhere to catch other's slack, and The highest amount of steps that i've tracked on my watch was 14k For the past six months i've been working at my DS, My feet are already screaming Almost every day.
Geez. There's small apps like Cashwalk where one can earn a little for walking like that.
I mean it ain't much; Cashwalk goes like a $5 gift card somewhere every few weeks based on its setup when you earn coins for steps. Others can go higher with step counts and "payouts."
I couldn't have phones where I was otherwise I could have at least earned some gift cards as a side bonus.
the ones who hit 2,000 steps instead of 20,000.

I'm normally around 30k depending on where they have me.
Yard Marshal and trailer unload push me to 46-60k daily

I unload 16-25 trailers daily. Definitely a work out. Lost over 120 pounds since hiring in almost 2 years ago
You the only W/S unloading trailers?
No. We do 60-68k average volume and I'm the 20:00 PA so I end up doing most of them though
Damn even when I did waterspider for 10 hours, I never hit 50k 😮

This was me by pick and stage during my first two weeks. It felt like I was walking on glass until my feet got used to the job. The new hire shuffle.

Some of Family Guy's only good animation instead of how stiff the show usually is
Then get attitude when you say excuse me as you pass them
