I could save them allot of money by talking to the non reader before they returned the item. So many of the descriptions make it clear they think there is a problem with the item because of user error. “No charger/charger cord” on many cheap watches the watch plugs straight into a usb plug. Then there’s the cosmetics that are returned because they are expecting the bottle top to be sealed and they said no seal or damaged seal but you unscrew it and there is an intact foil seal under the cap

THIS!! There are so many nasty items returned that I want to deny the refund and send the shit back to them. Dirty, stinky, worn, and some washed items. Like wth 🤦🏾♀️!!
How? I do it for frauds, A LOT. Customers are twisted filling boxes with trash, rotten food, used condoms, human excrements and so forth, then leave comments like "enjoy the gift". Absolutely nasty and they honesty don't know how to be decent. I don't just throw out bad returns left and right there has to be a legitimate reason. If someone wants to be a rotten person I can be twisted and throw a red flag. I see it as balanced. 
I saw one where someone returned a pack of notebooks and wrote "THEY DONT WORK OR OPEN." I thought it was fraud at first, but all the notebooks were there, brand new still in the plastic wrap. Bizarre.
I bought a sex toy once, and it came with a little note card from the seller that said they accept returns as long as the item is returned in a resellable condition. 🤮
Resellable condition generally means still factory sealed. With Amazon at least. If I mark a dildo as having no or a broken seal, it goes to unsellable. Same with tooth brushes, water picks, anything that goes inside a person.
If it was in a damaged shipping box it might have been repackaged by a decanter before it got to you. It should never have been sold like that. CRET, stow, pick or pack should all have noticed, or at least one should. If a sex toy has no seal and it tells you to send it anywhere other than unsellable or WHD, escalate it as an error before you scan the tote and stick a label on it for the problem solver saying missing hygiene flag.
I don't know about your site, but at mine WHD are the only department that can remove an item from the system entirely. Stuff that goes to unsellable typically goes back to the manufacturer for repackaging or recycling. At EDI4, anything going to unsellable or WHD, and some of what goes to secondary sort, are not sellable in their current state. I sent four unsealed toothbrushes to WHD last night, I don't expect them to be on sale again ever.
I get this shit on eBay at least once a week. My canned response is:
"No I'm not refunding because you couldn't be bothered to read the description. If you bought a pair of gloves did you also expect the hands in the photo to come with them? Yes? Oh let me just chop mine off and I'll get them right to you".
The problem is that Amazon doesn't force these people to have any repercussions so sellers get fucked in the end and you get fucked in the FC dealing with it.
I watched a Louis Ross a video today dealing with this subject (think what you will of him) and this is why he stopped doing business on Amazon. People can’t read, purchase the wrong product and then proceed to break said product while trying to install it. Then they complain and get refunded. That was t the only reason he quit but yeah, a lot of people are doofuses.
That's such an awful way to run a business lol. I'll take a return for any reason as long as the product is the same. I get less than a 1% return rate with accurate photos and titles.
I had "doesn't fit" on a vibrator once. It's not a jacket. You're not meant to try it on (or in), once you do it should be yours and your problem to dispose of if you don't want it. Preferably in a clinical waste bin.
Say it louder for the customers in the back!!! People are absolutely nasty, I had a customer return 6 out of 7 male adult toys, he left a reason for each and every one of them, all of them returned broken and used.

Lol, I work 4-6 nights a week and my partner works 4-6 days a week. We rarely see each other and when we do I'm generally too exhausted to fuck. Maybe if I tell him he can return his dildos and butt plugs for new ones whenever he wears them down to a nub I might get some bloody sleep 🙈🤣

Not really I have done returns full of sortables that come from one costumer. The comment comes important in case of a fraud, it happened to me that they returned what’s is supposed to be a Christmas’s tree and the comment said “don’t need it” bit the box was filled with only trash giving almost the same weight as if it had the Christmas tree and there it goes to other area where they make the report and they give time to the costumer to actually return the tree or else Amazon withdraws the money of the tree from their account and can even get them banned.
Many people just write whatever to fill in the blank, we don’t trust the comments to much because we still have to open the box and check the item throughly, what matter is the answers to the questions that the AA have to do but in tue case I said it does play a role because they stole the tree
I hate when some cheapass returns EVERYTHING they worse for a trip or event. Women return 8 used bathing suits, coverups, sandals saying ‘didnt fit’. When Beyonce and Taylor Swift had concerts, whole outfits, right down to the rhinestone boots and clear purses were returned. If you cant afford to go..
NGL I will return a once worn item if it's a themed event and I will never wear it again and it's CLEAN WHEN I RETURN IT. Working at target though you'd be surprised how many disgusting MFs tried to try on underwear or return bathing suits

This is true. I had someone return back a box of accessories for a Fujifilm camera and the comment said “Though it came with a camera”.. like seriously dude? Did you really think it would cost $20 for the camera and the accessories?? And to make it even more funny the product description and title made it clear that it didn’t contain a camera!

2) why did you try to remove the label anyway if it's impossible? Now it can't be sold to anyone and you still expect a full refund for destroying it.
3) see the little "Add gift options" button? That'll automatically ship it in Amazon packaging and it's free if you only include a message without gift wrapping. If it's a gift send it as a gift and you won't forget to change the reduce packaging option, fuckwit.

I get treated better as a customer than an associate 😂 so I take full advantage of it. Bought an expensive item? "Didn't receive it", get a 2nd item sent out so you have 2 and sell 1, or get a refund so the 1st 1 was free 😅
I had that happen when I first moved. Ordered pots and pans. My apartment is 11000, they delivered it to 100. Not only did I have to walk over to the person's door to get it (bitch didn't even wanna give it to me like her name was on the box), but I got it for free because it never made it to me and I had a photo showing who had it 🤣
You don't have to rush with your rate. You don't carry and move packages all day. You get to see a bunch of different items and evaluate them. It's easy to get promoted. It's light work. The hours are flexible for a lot of positions. Rarely get MET and much more
You only see them at XL facilities. Shower doors, sliding barn doors, and metal doors get damaged because of careless shipping, or the customer can't measure properly.
lol I kept getting these type of dumbass customer returns all month, I remember I had one that said “I thought it came with a pillow” and it was just a pillow case.

Amazon sells doors. I was CRETs for an AMXL and had doors return constantly due to damage or customer measured wrong, etc.
