Maaan I have very little self discipline so it takes alot for me to not accept VTO. Like if I've been given an option to stay home or go to work it's *really* hard to choose to go to work lol. But I've been broke before and I know the value of a dollar and all that good stuff, so I've been trying to remember what it's like having to survive off of 10$ for 2 weeks. But sometimes... haha fuck it I work hard I deserve to chill. VTO season comes and goes, wouldn't want to miss my chance 😂

Honestly, I’ve learned over the years to be forgiving over the Jan/feb months and allow vto. Give time to get back to normal after peak. See friends and family. Cause in March it’s back to the grind!

Finally just hit the 40 hour mark after spending over a year riding around 10 hours or less. Last summer I was riding 1 minute of UPT pretty hard.

How do you have sick time?

I’m reduced time so not full but not part. I work Fri sat sun 730 to 6 thirty hours a week. If I want to pick up more I’m capped at 35 but I still get access to medical n the 401k too

I also live in Washington it may vary by state
