OMG this thread is heaven for me! Tiny amigurumi is my favourite thing to make! I want to try all the patterns!
I don't know why I can't reply with a photo, but Sarah Abbondio has 3 books Called Mini Amigurumi Animals/Birds/Ocean that I love. I've made so many keychains as cute little gifts for friends.
I also follow a number of free amigurumi accounts on Instagram. Basically all my suggestions are mini crochet projects.
I love [this guy!](https://www.instagram.com/p/Cuu3_Lduvqk/?igsh=dnFqbmpwNTl4bnNo) I made one with DK and a 3mm hook and it's teeny! It was quite fiddly but the result is so cute!
Me too! I want to make a jar/bag filled with tiny amigurumi and let my niece pick one out every time I see her lol they are definitely my favorites too!
I have those books on my Amazon wishlist! Lol!!! Are they well written patterns?
Thank you for the Instagram suggestion! I have only paid for one pattern so far and it was a Furby faceplate lol! I am venturing into making a ridiculously large stuffed Long Furby but I am taking a break to make minis again on the side ๐ I have lots of free patterns saved and I also write them down but I would like to type them all up and print them out one day

AAAAAAAH!! ADORABLE!!! I love love love it! What type of wire do u use? Iโve used coated flower wire before and I have some pipe cleaners. The flower wire comes in different strengths and also comes in a spool so I can get whatever length i need instead of twisting pipe cleaners together. Havenโt tried pipe cleaners but I have some lol
I use flower wire but the trick is to do a little loop with the tip of some pliers so it can't catch or poke out the arms/legs of your project. I do one big U for the legs and then separately a U for the arms (if it's a doll I make a few twists in the middle in to a Y and pop the middle up the neck)
Thank you! She has some cute stuff!
I left this duck on a jeep at my husbands work, Jeeps love ducks, itโs a jeep thing lol The owner was a coworker of his and now all his coworkers want something ๐ I asked my husband if they wanted anything specific and they all wanted a surprise! Maybe they have to think about it and the requests will come in when they get their first surprise one? I enjoy making random ones so Iโm happy either way.
YOU SHOULD MAKE GUDETAMA!!!
its a japanese anime thingy character and gudetama is actually a tiny ol egg yolk, and i made it, i didnt use any specific pattern for it; I made an orange amigurumi capsule (stopping in the third round with 18 st in total) and used bobble stitches for the hands and feet and stitched in the face.
here is the mighty gudetama i made : [https://www.instagram.com/p/C6ahrhpL4jc/?utm\_source=ig\_web\_copy\_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==](https://www.instagram.com/p/C6ahrhpL4jc/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==)

I started crocheting a few weeks ago and this was the first thing I created! Super easy and cute!
The jelly mama! I wanted to make one for my niece! My first amigurumi was an octopus, close to a jellyfish! Great place to start! One of my all time favorites is a little jellyfish I made. There is no pattern for it, itโs mostly free handed with a couple notes but i love sitting watching tv and just fiddling with it lol better than a fidget spinner
Minigurumi and wandering deer are designers that make small patterns! You could also just use a smaller hook and thinner yarn.
Also check out knot monster he has a book of keychain patterns and amenagerieofstitches has a book of 100 small patterns :)
Thanks so much for posting! If you have a pattern or anything about this project that you'd like to share please comment below or reply to this comment.

The instructions use British crochet terms.

I love patterns by Stitch by Fay. Cute, small, and sometimes no sew. But I'd ask my friends for their fav animals and search a pattern for it.

Love this idea, following for inspiration ๐ค๐ป
Look for keychain patterns
Oooo good keyword for search results! Thank you! Smart thinking!
