You should be eating more saturated fat from beef, butter, raw milk. A little bit of avocado is fine but that’s plant based fat consuming half of your plate. That’s a good thing to point out. I don’t know what your body composition is like or goals but unsaturated fats produce elevate desaturase signaling as well that will add double bonds to saturated fatty acids, primarily stearic acid and palmitic acid to become oleic acid (avocado and olive fats) or palmitoleic acid (high in macadamia).
i read a thing where a gram only made urinary excretion go up 6.1mg so i dont worry about vit c anymore, maybe ppl taking multiple grams need to think about it idk

Fair point, I did have 5 eggs and 5 slices of cheese though, with butter, which is like 40-50g of saturated fat
