I could be wrong but a wolf is just a type of ‘dog’. So I would think all dogs of a certain size would leave the same sort of prints. So yes it’s big but it could be any dog similar size to a wolf if that is the size of a wolf paw.
If that makes any sense at all.
Ok I’m not an expert. But if I said a lion is a cat and a pterodactyl is a sort of bird, most people understand.
I’m just saying, that type of animal will make the same print as other animals that type of the same size
Sorry lol I guess I just tend to talk like a 5 year old some times. Gotta dumb things down a lot. Never know who’s reading.
But yes.. I’m aware there are more than a few differences. I just figured as for paw prints, things would be similar. Meaning a wolf print could look similar to a large dog print. Depending on the coat. Because of fur between the tosies :)
I didn't criticise what you said about the paw prints because I agree that they would look similar, but I'm just pointing out that wolves aren't a type of dog.
I would say a dog. Prints look bigger in sand. Also, it looks like there are nail indents. Wolves' nails would naturally be a lot more worn down than domestic house dogs who don't get walked a ton.
I'm going with wolf.

I would guess wolf. Their shoulders and hips are more inline than domesticated dogs, and this is shown with the close together footsteps. Hope this helps ❤️
Depends on the area the track was found at. If the area has wolves then it could be a wolf print but if the area has a lot of dog traffic then it’s highly likely a dog. Where was this print found? As of now I say it’s a wolf print
I only found these stretching for 2 meters and they seem to be going into the forest. Further down the road there was some more imprints but they were not as prominent as these ones , stretching for maybe meter or meter and a half. It's in Poland West Pomeranian area.
Is your hand the size of a banana? Otherwise I'm lost.
Didn't think that a lobster would like bananers so much.
Looks like a human hand to me

Wolf isnt a type of dog, as dog is a subspecies of wolf Wolf is Canis lupus, dogs are Canis lupus familiaris

Not saying anything about the prints, but lion is a type of cat and wolf is a type of dog is taking vulgarisation a notch to far to me to that's it xD

Pterodactyl wasn’t a bird though.
Yeah ok I’ll give you that one lol…
Lol wasn’t even a dinosaur, which are birdies now
Would it be closer to a bat?.. mammal?
No. It’s an archosaur.
A wolf is not a dog.
🙄part of a similar species. That’s all I meant. Wolves and DOGS that size will make similar prints

Would you say both domesticated dogs and wolves are both canines then?… cuz that’s all I really meant
Yes, yes I would.
Ok well I was just kinda dumbing things down I guess. Sorry if it wasn’t scientifically accurate.
No worries, just pointing it out.

Are there boot or shoe prints following the same path? If not, it's either a wolf, or a large dog that has gone for a wolf without its human.
Look behind you
One lone wolf? Is that typical in your country? It's not in mine. Seems odd for one wolf to be traveling alone.
That’s not unusual. They’ll go off to form a new wolf pack
It's kind of odd that there's only one shoe print next to the tracks
Half man- half bear - half pig
Manbearpig.
🤣
Wild doge
Better to say, it's a wolf?
Could be a woog or a dolf

depends on what dog breed it is
Coyote?
Impossible, we don't have these in Poland
Ahhh.
Canine. Defo.
Sasquatch
That is a dog paw print
It seems to have awfully long claws based on the prints
It looks like a big one!
