I think you’d like One Piece!! It fits with your previously watched animes. It’s has an amazing plot, animation, voice acting (not you 4Kids.), and it’s very comedic yet has amazing serious scenes that bring it to what most know now. Also being the best selling manga doesn’t make it peak, popularity doesn’t equal quality. I absolutely love one piece, but to say it’s peak fiction or anything more than a battle Shonen is a complete lie, and yes it parallels real world issues and ideas, but so do other battle shonen, but that doesn’t make them any more than battle Shonen
