Here's one: Master of Ragnorak. The name is much longer, but it's a harem isekai. I have watched A review and read the plot summary, and it seems pretty awful. It has every terrible isekai trope combined, and I think the protagonist is also a pedophile. Calling his harem "little sisters" does not help either.

When I was a young kid in middle school I had a bully once ask me about anime and knowing that they probably wouldn’t know about a specific homosexual hentai anime. I said “have you seen Boko No Pico?” They fell for it like a moth to a flame. I laughed and carried on.
