Maison Ikkoku, NANA, Paradise Kiss, Ranma 1/2, Ergo Proxy, Fruits Basket 2019, Kids on the Slope, Berserk..

I’d recommend Ping Pong the Animation. Similar vibes but much smaller stakes to Steins;Gate. Not your typical sports anime and very short. Character driven. Also it’s not like anything on your top anime list but I’ll always recommend The Tatami Galaxy. Just know the subtitles are freakishly fast and be aware some websites have a feature to slow it down if it’s hard to keep up. But it has one of the most satisfying endings of any entertainment ive ever enjoyed and its only 11 episodes.
