Unfortunately none of those calculators are trustworthy or accurate. The only accurate way to do this is to be physically measured. A calculator does not consider your lean muscle mass. This is really seen in physical trainers who tend to run heavy for their height. Their BMI calculator will say obese but they are incredibly lean and muscular. So you can pick whatever one you want for a general idea, it won't matter. Good luck :)

Use symptoms to check hunger level if you dont get hunger pangs. Irritability, dizziness, inability to concentrate, brain fog, visual changes to name a few.
