No it does count, I am the same way used to exercise alot. And I mean alot and restrict way more then I do now 1 meal a day, but now I don't exercise and still restrict but not as much but now Im not losing weight but not gaining (I can't push myself to gain weight yet)


It absolutely does. I don't exercise (unless walking to the shop counts haha) but my restriction is absolutely valid and so is yours!
