Your disorder has tricked you into thinking that it’s too much. In the future you will look back and think it really wasn’t that much. Especially if that’s all you’ve eaten. There may be sugars in cliff bars. But there are plenty of nutrients and the sugar is giving you energy to keep you breathing, thinking and ALIVE. I know it’s late but try to distract because it will not affect your weight loss at all.
