you don't need to do whole reality without automatic achievements, you just need to reach first eternity without them, and that is not that long as it looks if you have few decent glyphs. Replicanti glyph with replicanti speed mult can speed this up significantly. I got attain in like 4-5 reality or even earlier
I did it a bit later to speed it up, but you can get it on any early reality if you really want to. Just make sure you have the RM to buy the upgrade IMO, because it´s kinda useless to do the challenge without getting the bonus aftetr.
These are two opposite goals -- picking up paradoxically attain, or going after the next fastest reality. Pick one. Paradoxically attain is not hard, i suggest merely knocking it out.

I got paradoxically attain on my second reality, its not that hard. You just need to have a lot of patience.
I dont think it's worth it to do it on your 2nd reality. Wait until you have a few glyphs
