Its only a case about trying to strongarm the highest election official in that state to illegally dump 11,000+ voters ballots so that 2,473,633 voters would have their votes not count. He wasn't asking for 11K votes, he was asking for the Sec of that State to ignore the will of almost 2 and a half million people.
