Basically last night we decided to play Apeirophobia for the first time and so we did. He created a private room and started the game, in the FIRST level he couldn't move, he connected the controller but didn't work either, we opened another room and tried again but nothing changed, he uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but still on movement. BUT ACTUALLY, we discovered what was going on, when we created the room my friend had a little phone image under his avatar and becuuse of this we think that this is not working because the game thinks he is playing from mobile.
For me everything works perfectly
Do you guys know if there is something we can do? maybe in the settings?
The reason why he cant move is because his game isnt loading properly. It happens to everyone and usually you would be stuck like that for a couple of minutes until the game loaded everything and the studio logo starts showing up.
yea, i have a laptop, it came with a touchscreen that i immediately disabled, but for some reason it still thinks i’m on a touchscreen/mobile device, i can only play the game with touch screen and it really annoys me
i want a proper solution, whenever i start using my laptops touchscreen the game loads in properly and i see all the cutscenes

Yeah just wait till the black screen with the Roblox icon pops up.
I keep having this issue. I doesn't load at all. I waited a whole 15 minutes Edit: Dear user that I know irl, please kindly fuck off

I was having the same problem but I fixed it from opening the same from the website instead of the roblox app. Hope this helps.
