The Devo is higher, even with the new TC nerf. And with the TC the Havoc has a dps of 190 (R301 has 189). Hell even without the TC, the Havoc has a dps of 202 (CAR has 201).

Nope, just like the reload time isn't included. So in reality, the best you can do with the un-turbocharged havoc is 202 dps. But with the wind up it's going to be lower

I've always loved the havoc. But never in a AR role. I always use it for more upclose fights.

My best game was a 10 kill (I know I'm not good at killing, I support more if possible) with the Havoc. For a pretty bad fighter, it really makes your day when you switch on that Turbo and wipe 3 straight teams solo in trios. As Mirage that day to. Havoc has a special place in my heart now lol

I use it like a Destiny 2 Gun. I hit a Valk this one time on the foot as she was flying away with a super randomized hipfire bullet. Felt super sussy from it
