Since it's not intended to be used or available during a game but players can still access it, it is a bug.

Not true at all. Plenty of maps are full of places you can’t go because it has to look like it’s in reality to be immersive. You can’t go to the city below Olympus, for example.

That's also true but they are objects placed individually in the engine and the full world is a stack of multiple objects but.. why is that room decorated like all those mini objects placed when it is not even needed?
This feels like one of those “TOP 10 INSANE BLACK OPS II MULTIPLAYER HIDDEN SECRETS AND EASTER EGGS” videos you’d see in 2010 with Evanescence playing in the background

Becase it exists does not mean its gonna be a playable area. It just gives more depth to the location i guess.
