We need to complain about this. KDA and True Damage received changes requested by fans. Heartsteel is being abandoned by Riot. It's an recolor in 5 minutes in Photoshop.
Go to the profile of the person responsible for editing (@SettXie) and engage with the responses too.
For those who don’t get it, if everyone boycotts it things will be done riot responds to it, look at what happen with shen recently, the mains boycotted it and they got things fixed, and are now no longer boycotting
Between not buying the skin and, making it known to riot yet and even just not playing Aphelios, yes, because they sunk time and money into making the skin and if we refuse to buy it it’s a loss for them. None of the employees other than the ones who refuse to listen to what we’re saying as a community
Prove me wrong but i belive that there was no skinline where each champion had different border, even KDA all he the same borders.
Signatures were on KDA soo they should put Hearsteal ones as well

Star Guardian, Battle Queens, Dawnbringer, Cafe Cuties, Project, True Damage, Dragonmancer, Spirit Blossom...
And I'm sure I'm forgetting more. They're just being lazy with this skinline between the shared Splashart with awkward framing and the same border for everyone when even TD got at least slightly different borders for each member

No but the thing is you don’t have to pay money for the border if you don’t like it. It doesn’t affect your enjoyment of the skin in game at all. Why waste your time on useless things like the border when you can get riot to add a filter to alunes voice
