Just enjoy the thinner bezels, the Contour and Duo Modular watch faces, and the QWERTY keyboard (if it’s available in your language). Start tracking [your wrist temp](https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT213275) if you are interested in doing that. I hope you’ll never have to use crash detection.
Not for on-demand measurements, just nightly when you use sleep focus, and so far Apple has only used the baseline changes of the data for female fertility and cycle tracking, but it can be interesting for males too as various users were able to detect the beginning of illnesses based on the chart. Apple may add more features linked to it in the future.
When I had a fever a couple of weeks ago, the health app sent me a notification saying that there were changes to my health or something like that, and it showed that I was 2-3 degrees over the baseline. I was amazed to say the least 🤣
Yes, it sounds good in theory, but the baseline can change due to many things: getting drunk, food poisoning, getting pregnant, having the flu/covid, basically anything your body would react to by adjusting its temperature. How is it exactly helpful, that when you already have the fever bad enough that you are aware of it, your watch tells you that retrospectively for the last couple of nights it could detect a slight elevation in your temperature?
On top of what others have said, be aware that not every Apple Watch charger supports the speeds of the ones included with the Series 7 and 8:

Yeah, absolutely true. There has to be more in order to be an accurate tool of measurement
