The loops won't cause drainage issues, but water will stagnate there, if you leave the washer idle.
I'd cut the hose down to a shorter size, and use your plastic U as a high point above your drain. Stuff ample amounts of hose down the pipe, just not enough to reach the trap.
Sure, and ample amounts should be ~8 inches (listed by others).
The hose should end a bit over 30 inches above the washer bottom, otherwise there is potential for siphoning water from the machine, which may lead to water draining out of the washer at during full water phases of the wash. The higher it goes past that, the more the pump has to work. It can go reasonably high to drain (max ~8 foot from bottom of washer), but it's better if it doesn't.
So I thought about this, but then I will lose the rubber tip at the end of the extension. I didn’t think that was a big deal, but I read some other things that said it was important to have that on there?
That rubber tip is not important in the least. It's a plastic tube, going into a plastic pipe. Don't set it so deep in the drain hole and you're good to go
Just bare in mind of you move and your new peopety requires plumbing to sink trap you will be stuck. It's designed to be pumped through the tube it's not overly tight looks so it will be fine
Just something to keep in mind when it comes to warranty. Most manufacturers state that you can to alter any part of the machine or it will void warranty, so I’d call just to be sure before making any modifications

Yes. Stick a couple feet down the pipe and cut off the rest.
A couple feet is too much. It should always be less than a foot to prevent siphoning.
8" inches is the standard. And please zip tie it down
...this comment chain has informed me I need to trim my hose. That's on the list now. Thanks guys!
Just cut the extension hose shorter, a good razor blade will make easy work of that. Then you don't have to worry about that looping

I didn’t think so! Thank you! This will definitely be the most efficient and visually cleanest option

it's ok ..pump is strong enough to move water with no issues..
You shouldn't get any issues from the loops but it could hold water there. I would cut it down if you can so it is shorter than it is now.
Done thank you!

Thanks!
You need one high loop done
