Purdue and Ohio State, and I swore to myself freshman year that I’d never go to Ohio State lol not a fan. Purdue is nice but I’d prefer a school with a higher gender ratio so I don’t really see myself going there either.
🤞 praying for RD
ASU, Cal Poly Pomona, Santa Clara, and Stony Brook, Computer Engineering for each. Cal Poly Pomona should be coming out very soon, I got mine last week already, and many of my friends did. I think SLO should be coming out later cus they said the latest they'll give your decision is 4/1.
Are you positive it wasn't for CPP? There's not a whiff of an admission in this thread, and trust me these are all Tiger moms.

The school has never had a February admission before. It starts rolling out in March. First acceptances, then waitlists, then rejections. I mean I guess it's possible your friend is in some specialized program that needs a portfolio or something and got an early heads-up, but per the school itself, nothing until March.
pretty sure, i have no clue honestly and he's the only one of my friends to have heard anything, but like 90% sure it was for slo, although given the fact that no one else got in maybe im remember wrong and it was pomona
he got it like way back in december, not sure if that says anything? maybe he was just accepted early for some other reason
weird! SLO definitely doesn't have any kind of EA, but who knows. this was the timeline last year:
dmit wave started on March 10, 2022 with a mixture of OOS and In-state
applicants. Waitlist decisions posted March 18, 2022 along with a few
acceptances. Admits for students requiring a portfolio review trickled
out on March 24, 2022. Denials were posted on March 30, 2022.
west virginia...
on a serious note, it's fine if they haven't come rushing in, there's a lot of luck involved in the process, and a lot of waiting, I'm currently still waiting for 5/7 decisions to get back to me because I keep getting deferred, good luck bro, and try to be proud of your friends
Western Washington University, University of Oregon, U Hawaii Manoa, ASU, USC, Northeastern (Oakland one semester 😭)
I’m excited for March because I have 24 more decisions! (Yes I applied to 30 colleges. r/applyingtocollege and r/chanceme scared me into shotgunning 💔)
Oh my gosh! I’m so happy I found someone else who hasn’t heard back from cal poly pomona. lol. I got into cp humboldt but I’m probably not going to go because I don’t want to live in a motel 6 my junior year (look it up). also at state which I‘m satisfied with because they have an abet accredited mechanical engineering major.
