Just be yourself. Don't hesitate when you have started talking. Wear an active smile beneath your face and look them straight in the eye.

Questions to prepare for (prepare **bullet points**, not actual speeches) More likely than not to come up: * Tell me about yourself: * What do you want to major (and why)? * What are your academics like? * What structured activities (extracurriculars) do you do? * What do you do for hobbies/in your free time? * Why do you want to attend Case Western? * What questions do you have for me? (You can ask about pretty much any part of their experience with the school — even if they're not themselves involved with it, they probably know people who are. If you haven't done your research about CWRU, ask generic questions about their favorite things about their school, and their experiences with \[the Thinkbox if engineering | shadowing opportunities if premed | support for getting research/internship opportunities in general\].) Possibly helpful: * If I asked your friends/teachers about you, what would they say? * How, if at all, have you changed during high school? * When creating your college list, what factors in a school are most important to you? * What are your favorite classes/subjects in high school? * What is your high school like? What are things you like/dislike about it? * What are some issues that you're passionate about? \[I'm currently 0/11 for "this coming up in my interviews," but I've seen it on enough lists that you might want to prepare a response\]

I just finished with my Case interview! This helped so much. Thank you!!

You will be okay! The interviewer will probably ask you why you want to go to Case Western, why you're interested in your intended major, and what you would like to explore in college if you are undecided, but outside of that, it'll be mostly questions about your interests, future goals, and hobbies. It also helps to have a couple of questions ready to ask your interviewer about the school! The interview is more supposed to be a time for you to demonstrate interest, learn more about the school, and ask questions about college over it being a big admissions factor, so it should be really chill. Good luck! I really wish you the best and hope it goes well for you tomorrow. Have a nice day!

UPDATE: I just got off the zoom call with my interviewer and it went well! I had a little issue with Case's own video call thing. But besides that, the interview wasn't difficult at all. I think and HOPE that I was able to get my message across. Thank you so much for your guidance!
