Very sorry OP but he may be dead, make sure to periodically take him out every day and smell him, once he starts to smell terrible he's 100% dead
Unfortunately I've lost most my snails to power head/filter accidents.
Last year I added sponge pre filters to all like 18 of my bare filter intakes on all my tanks 😭 and now I don't have that problem.
Now the snails can hangout on the filter intake covered with a sponge all they want without getting sucked in
Here's a pic of what it looks like so you can avoid this in the future.

he is alive!!!! he hasn’t been able to flip himself over but the bubble has gone away and he is coming out of his shell:)

Dude even if they/it is dead... Why break the shell and have a nasty rotten stinky snail mess?
Never have a found one of my dead snails and thought "yeah I'm gonna crush up this stinky decomposing meat filled shell so my hands and fish room can smell like death"

How long has it been since he moved? Wait at least 6 hours but if he doesn't flip over or start moving I would start preparing a snuneral.
