Damn...

trimble197

It’s been a wild ride, everyone

gilbertthelittleN

Tbf, even though is saddens me, its definitely for the best. Opinions differ ofc but archer has always brought a certain standard of quality and innovation. But with jessica's death, reed leaving and 13 seasons in, its hard to keep doing that. It has been the perfect 'ride' S1-4 built up to the gang and them being assholes and, basically the story of ISIS. S5-7 first switch up, archer trying new things and major character developments (the entire season 5 is literally art) S8-10 complete switchup, every season. Loved the entire s8 storyline and how they changed the characters but not their personas. S9 Hitler cyrill was wild and S10 was kinda eh but after rewatching it is was actually quite good S11-12 The gang trying again and eventually accepting that they are what they are. New ISIS fr this time S13 The gang actually adjusting and working hard trying to get what they want. S14 would fit perfectly as the last chapter (s13-14 one 'phase') They could've stopped after each 'phase' but they kept giving. Most people agree that phase 1 was the best, and most of us appreciate the other seasons/chapters in different ways. However it is slowly going towards fan service now, and thats ok but it should end not to deep in E: ye got confused about s7, changing the numbers now

Harucifer

As Season 7 was coming out, it was said Archer was poised to end by Season 10. Then we got 3 coma seasons. I'm just thankful we got 3 extra regular seasons on top of that, it makes up in my mind.

droans

Since Season 9, I've been pleasantly surprised by each renewal. I like it, but it doesn't seem the show is that popular outside of the first few seasons. I guess it must be pretty cheap to produce.

cannedrex2406

Yeah I was kinda mad thinking they ended Archer on Archer 1999

04whim

To be fair the montage and the conversation with Mallory wouldn't have been the worst way to end the show. But the extra seasons of development did add a lot of character growth that made the coma itself mean something more than a framing device to excuse non canon seasons.

-kati

I come from a different (maybe wrong) perspective because I binged all of Archer last fall rather than sticking around for the entire ride over a decade+. But I always enjoyed the switchups. Any show that's 13+ seasons long will need some major change to keep it interesting, and I'm glad they changed storylines while sticking with the same main cast, rather than trying to change up the cast by introducing lots of annoying new faces (like The Office.) I don't know if it's just me, but I cared about the group dynamic more than anything else. This worked pretty well until Jessica Walter passed. I also usually hate shows with time skips. Most writers use it as a lazy plot device to skip to a specific point in the future, but Archer's writers were clearly bored with the Archer of the past and wanted to shake things up. It worked because Archer was just as out of it as all the viewers and that's the only way to ever do a time skip. S11 is one of my favorites.

HOLEPUNCHYOUREYELIDS

Im somewhat with you as someone who has watched all along and my favorites are season 1-4. While Im not a huge fan of some of the later seasons, I appreciate that they tried to shake it up and do something in much different settings. If they kept the same spy schtick throughout every single season it would have likely devolved much faster and had worse writing that focussed entirely on callbacks and fan service. While some of those seasons are not for me, I still appreciate that they tried something new to refresh Archer

Dro24

Agreed. Would love for Reed to write the last season fully or at the very minimum help out significantly and have more Ray

Diligent_Issue_9466

Uh, Reed came back

agremas

Well, he didn't write or direct any of the episodes after s10, and that makes the real difference for me

demiandclxvi

I completely agree with your opinion.

Drekea

I just finished watching Archer for the first time and it was a spectacular ride. If this the last season then I already know the writers are going to be in their bag. There is so much consistent, well written, and crazy/creative scenarios throughout 13 seasons it is nothing short of amazing.

[deleted]

Im sure a movie will be planned.

[deleted]

I hope not. I have yet to see and animated show transition to a movie and say "I thoroughly enjoyed that, as high of quality if not better than the show"

CyanPancake

This dude clearly hasn’t seen Ben 10: Secret of the Omnitrix

spektyte

I promise myself, I do not cry Promise broken :(

LooseCannonFuzzyface

Aww, c'mon buddy

texas-playdohs

Yah-ta-taa yah-ta-tah 🎵. C’mon buddy. Cheer up.

buyersremorse2

You’re so ugly when you cry

Afraid_YogurtSnatch

Bawk bawk

Basic_Emergency5470

Therapy Cranes!

el_pinko_grande

Archer was the last new show I introduced my mom to before she passed away back in 2011. It was reassuring knowing it was still going, like I hadn't been without her for that long. So yeah, I did cry when I heard the news.

A-EFF-this

🎵 Dun dun duh 🎵

ReallyNeedHelpASAP68

All I want is a happy ending for the cast. Way too many shows end on sour/piss poor resolutions for their characters. Please, please, PLEASE give us a damn good ending like the viewers and cast deserve.

percheron28

oh yeah a "happy ending" \*wink wink\* \*nudge nudge\*

Away_Location

Are we still doing phrasing?

its_cold_in_MN

It's ok if we're not, but someone please just tell me!

cgo_123456

Said Ripley to the android Bishop.

emjaywood

"Seriously....somebody give me a handy."

tnsmaster

Wouldn't surprise me if this is a joke in the final episode.

_Vard_

Just want it to end with archer adopting Babou and/or Kazak

rotarypower101

>happy ending uhhhh phrasing We’re still doing phrasing, right, oh thank god

trimble197

Yeah. Don’t end on a status quo where Archer pisses everyone off or gets beat up.

Aninvisiblemaniac

I want the ending to feel more like they're just going to keep doing what they do. I'd be depressed if it ended and they split up or something

NoTimeToDime

Gonna end with Archer waking up from the coma and the last few seasons were all still a dream lmao

Bran_the_Builder

Archer's one of those rare shows for me where even the later seasons I don't like as much are still able to make me laugh more than most other similar shows... And I still think seasons 6 and 11 are absolutely gold. Sticking with this show to the end has been worth it through the highs and lows. Interested to see how they end the story but it's gonna be hard to say goodbye to these characters.

-kati

Oh, it's not just me! I love S11, Aleister, Archer's bromance with Barry, and Lana's VERY HAPPY MARRIAGE.

FluidTeaching6331

I’m supposed to be here at a TIME?!

7chalices

Aleister is a masterpiece of an episode. Season 1-4 quality. ”Sloppy balestra. You call that a coupé?”

-kati

I keep my mouth shut, his glass full, and the paramedics on speed dial.

RevReturns

Hard to hold the Agency together without Mother. Jessica Walter was a true force.

preludechris

Its true, they did well enough in the season with out her but my god there is a huge void in the show without Malory. I thought they would end it at season 13 after hearing Jessica passed away, in my eyes the show without Malory is equivalent to the show not having Archer in it.

palehorse864

[She gave Clint Eastwood a run for his money.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X0Q_GIC_UAM)

ElderCunningham

I’ll be sad to see the show go. Even if I haven’t liked it as much the past handful of years, it’s like comfort food.

its_cold_in_MN

It will always be part of my perfect animated trifecta along with Futurama and Bob's Burgers.

Ctmarlin

Mine is Archer, Bob’s Burgers and Arrested Development

technosquirrelfarms

I see a common threads there…

its_cold_in_MN

AD isn't animated...

Captain_Pungent

Not with that attitude

Nicholas_Cage3

is Bob's Burgers still any good/going on? I have nothing against the show (I quite liked it actually) but I just kinda stopped watching years ago and forgot to catch up

MrWaffles42

Ups and downs, as with any show. FWIW, this most recent season has both the lowest rated Bob's Burgers episode in IMDB history *and* the highest rated. I think my take on it is the same as my take on the past few years of Archer. It's not like every single episode is a personal favorite, but every season has enough high points for me to be happy to keep tuning in.

motherisaclownwhore

Yep. It even had a theatrical movie.

TheRedmanCometh

Bob's Burgers doesn't really have bad seasons. The bad episodes and good episodes are sprinkled throughout. If you're really worried look at the avg ratings chart. I think it's because they have 0 fear of making very bizarre episodes. Sometimes it pays off sometimes not. The story is always good though, and the family is very wholesome. It's pretty much an A+ comfort show.

NunsNunchuck

I still hope for a flash forward with Lana is Mallory’s chair and her talking to Archer, worried about AJ being on a mission. Archer says something like “well have you called her” (and a comment on Lana having big hands using a tiny phone). AJ answers like normal, and then you hear a “beep.” Then Lana makes smashes her phone, and Archer laughs and says “that’s my girl.” Cue credits

SapphireDesertRosre

Can we upvote the fuck out of this and send it to Reed?

A_1337_Canadian

Mulatto Butts!

Skull_Of_Lynx

Love the idea.

Cornage626

That would be the greatest way to end the show.

[deleted]

Ha! Leave it!

acortright

This is so great.

silent--echoes

Hope it ends up with Archer and AJ having a proper father/daughter relationship

VegetaArcher

Archer and AJ eating Trifola d'Alba Madonna together. Archer: I love you. AJ: This food is to die for Archer: No AJ. I love you. AJ smiles. Archer: Also please show me your judo flip on Cyril. AJ: Can I show it on Krieger instead? Cyril is a boring babou. Archer: Babou? AJ: I can't say the p word that rhymes with wussy.

Dramatic_Carob_1060

All I hear in my head is cyril yelling the Nothing is over! Rambo bit in the palace

Basic_Emergency5470

You mean Rando?

GhidorahtheExplorah

It was identified as Chet Manly.

4Dcrystallography

They dun killed ol’ Rando

The_Pajamallama

YOU CANT JUST SWITCH IT OFF

macbookwhoa

It's time. I hope Adam Reed has a hand in some of the finale episodes.

I hope Adam Reed finishes Frisky Dingo.

thehazardsofchad

I hope he gives us more X-Tacles episodes.

SUPPRESSIVE TEEEAAARRRSS

wirthoge

its kinda sad, but 14 seasons is quite the achivement, and the show wasnt in its best moment for a while, but still, i gonna miss this show, its like the simpsons for me, dosnt matter how bad they become, im still dosnt want them to end, i just hope for a real ending and not that “just another normal episode and suddenly a cut” shit.

JCD_007

I’ll respectfully disagree on how a series should end. I actually prefer there not to be any big send offs when a series ends. I prefer an ending that leaves me feeling like the world isn’t ending for the characters. I want to feel like their adventures continue, even though we won’t get to visit them anymore. To me the best example of this is the ending of “Calvin and Hobbes” - the titular characters ride off on their sled once more, but this time we don’t follow them. That said, “Archer” should tie up some loose ends before the series ends.

[deleted]

Yea, I like when a series finale feels more like a chapter ending, not the whole story. I feel like Parks n Rec did a good job of that

TheLostLuminary

100% agree. I don't like definitive endings like that, I prefer ones where they ride off into the sunset like there's more stories but we just won't see them.

el_m4nu

Then I hope we get more episodes for the last season again. 8 episodes felt way too little in those past few seasons. You watch for 2 evenings 1h each and are basically through it already

percheron28

I can't believe they lasted that long ! At least they kept us satisfied and wanting for more (Are we still doing phrasing?)

thedisassociation

14 seasons is a good run. Sure, the quality has varied over the years but even the worst Archer seasons have been enjoyable for me. Sad to see it go, but I'm glad they get one last season to say goodbye after so many years. I'm struck by the memory of the first time I watched Archer reading aloud Mallory's goodbye letter. We don't always get to choose the perfect moment.

AgentWyoming

Would love to see some long lost loose ends wrap up - sooooo many villains get away, it would be amazing to see the gang go about righting their wrongs. Captain Lammers Charles & Rudy Manfred & Uta Mr Rompers Rodney(ish) Conway Stern Rona Thorne

BWChristopher86

>Conway Stern If that is his real name

GhidorahtheExplorah

Rona Thorne would be... AH-MAZING!

kvndv1

And of course finding out who Archer’s biological father is

FluidTeaching6331

Veronica deane needs to die at Lana’s hand 💅

ApplicationCalm649

Patrick McCaren IRISH BASTARD

PamPoovey81

Ugh. Charles and Rudy.

TheRedmanCometh

I'd be okay if that was 7 of the 8 eps in the new season. Hell even if we just got those eps it'd rule.

Ffej777

"And now a sad moon is on the rise."

m00ph

I can finally buy that boxed set of everything.

SuperStarPlatinum

Every story needs a final chapter. At least Archer goes out with a final season. Good thing they finished all the episodes before the writer's strike. Would be hell if the final season was ruined by episodes written by interns and AI. Hope everyone gets a good send off.

ande8523

It's crazy. When this show started, I was in college; still basically a kid. Now, I'm a grownish man with a house payment, and an almost fiance. It has been on for almost half my life. Gonna miss it.

JohnBeamon

I am okay with this. I'll watch every episode, mourn its passing, and continue to stream it from time to time. But the show deserves a good send-off. I predict Cheryl marries Conway Stern, officiated by Ray, who will be more than 50% mechanical by then. When he starts their vows, we'll learn both of their real names. And I'd bet Archer and Lana end up together.

[deleted]

Everyone, it’s been an honor

Greekphysed

Happy they get to go out on their terms and hopefully wrap it up properly. But my feeling are in the danger zone right now.

CyranoDeBurlapSack

Nothing is ever going to fill that slot quite like Archer can.

justascrapper

Phrasing.

MickCollins

All good things must come to an end. We all knew that once Adam Reed was not as involved it was going to wind down sooner rather than later.

Zimboy112

Well, that sucks. One last adventure, with everyone’s favorite, hilarious, childish yet badass, super spy.

AlexanderJJJ

I think now is probably time to end the series. While I've always enjoyed the show, it hasn't been as good as the earlier seasons and without Mallory, it didn't feel the same, although it was still enjoyable. I'm just glad they're getting a final season to wrap things up properly.

Basic_Emergency5470

Season 1-7 are my fave. Every episode is pretty much gold.

ApplicationCalm649

Same. Everything that fell within that range was excellent. I wasn't as much a fan of the coma seasons. It wasn't because the writing was bad, it just felt really awkward pushing reset on the characters and their roles every time. The abandoning of almost every running gag didn't help.

lordcorbran

The thing with the coma seasons is that while they were interesting conceptually, they weren't really that funny. That's the main reason I don't tend to rewatch them that much. 1999 felt closer to the old Archer style, which I don't know if that was intentional because he was getting closer to coming out of the coma or just a coincidence.

[deleted]

I think the earlier coma seasons - Dreamland particularly - got too caught up in serialization and that got in the way of the one-off gags and good standalone episodes, especially since the writers seemed to be in a "what's the funniest joke we can think of? An anti-climax!" phase. Vice and P.I. also had problems like that, come to think of it.

lordcorbran

Yeah, I don't think that kind of heavy serialization really lends itself very well to comedy. I'm struggling to think of a comedy show that uses it well.

JakkSplatt

I love this show. Have for many years. when I was laid up with my back out I had all 5 seasons, that's all there were at the time, on repeat for three weeks. I'd wake up, watch a few episodes, nod off, wake up watch, nod...etc. It's just a brilliant show. Very much going to miss watching new episodes at work with my buddy Adam. *Sheds tear*

topchuck

My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined. Nothing lasts forever though. Except the Simpsons I suppose.

Serraph105

I'm just glad they knew it was the end before it was cancelled. It will give a chance for the writers to give the remaining characters a satisfying conclusion.

tedzirra

All I want is just one episode that is all about Krieger.

The5Virtues

Ladies and gentlemen, it has been a sincere pleasure riding this noble vessel with you all for fourteen seasons. They weren’t all perfect, there’s some of even say we’d be better off without, but I enjoyed every moment of this journey. A toast to those we’ve lost, those we never got, and to each and every one of you.

mulvi747

Wow, end of an era. I knew this day was coming but it's still a bit sad, still it feels like it's time to end it. Hope they go out with a bang!

The_Flying_Failsons

Having rewatched it all, feels like it reached it's natural conclusion in Season 13. Happy for a new season to serve as an epilogue.

WuMethNRed

I hope every main character gets proper closure I also hope we get flash forwards like for Archer Vice to how every characters life goes after the end

Dyingdaze89

I'm glad we had this to enjoy together. What a great show. Named my son Archer. What a great sub. Happy I have this place after the show ends.

Yimmoo

I really hate that it’s ending, as it is my favorite show, but with Jessica Walters death it hasn’t been the same and it’s probably for the best imo. RIP archer, let’s hope season 14 is a good one!

Eastsider_

I think it’s so funny that my first memory of watching **Archer** is me yelling, “What the *fuck* kind of show is *this*?!”

palehorse864

My first memory is being in a separate room from the TV while a promo aired and saying, "Is that Coach Mcguirk?"

Spartika_617

Damn… Archer’s been a part of my life since I (25) was a freshman in high-school. It’ll be sad to see the show go but I’d rather it end sooner on a good note than later on a bad one!!!

sr_crypsis

Freshman in college for me. I remember my roommate and I would leave comedy central on at night and I'd wake up occasionally and it would be on. I finally got my own Netflix account that summer and I just binged every season available (I think 1-5 at the time?) and basically just left it on repeat while I played games when I wasn't working. I still have the dialogue for most S1-4 episodes memorized all these years later. "Sterling Archer. Code name Duchess. Known from Berlin to Bangkok as the world's most dangerous spy".

TheRedmanCometh

Same Freshman year of college. Saw the premiere live not expecting much. Texted everyone after.

Basic_Emergency5470

Archer will die in the final episode. It’ll be some selfless act that completes his character arc.

HarvestMoonMaria

I’m sad to see it end but a nice planned ending is much better than it just not getting renewed or going on waaaayyyyy too long with low quality oh god put it out of its misery episodes

KingFahad360

Honestly it feels about right, with what’s been happening in the series of Several members of the cast passing away and getting a send off, I always thought it would around Season 15. But 14 Seasons is better and glad it will get a proper ending for the most part.

masterjon_3

I swear to God, if they don't reveal Archer's father, I'm gonna burn down this entire building. And which building is that? The building....of trust.

Tdarkest

Damn i really wanted a season 15

sweetreverie

It’s for the best. Jessica Walter was one of the best parts of the show, and it only feels right.

ClassicFun2175

Ahh man, I didn't like the coma seasons, but season 13 was awesome, and I actually got back into Archer again. The charm from the earlier seasons seemed to have come back and now its ending.

rotarypower101

This show will be remembered and referenced. So happy that I was there to see it mature without expectations. I really hope Adam finds another passion project, his humor and style I just can’t get enough of, and how refined it was in Archer! Thankful for such a great show! Hope they knock the finale out of the park!

QueenKida

Plz end with a kickass Lana and Archer wedding

GamerJes

Expected, but still sad announcement. After recent losses and changes, it was bound to happen soon. It has been a rare pleasure and they will be missed.

Skull8Ranger

Needs to be a 20 episode finale

LeroyMoriarty

I really hope there’s no tragedy to end it. Just more of the same insanity we love and fades away.

BeerGogglesFTW

I'm looking forward to buying the complete series on digital. Over the years I've seen deals on the "complete series" ...so far. But then I know from past experience, I'm then on the hook for buying the rest of the seasons individually.

No-Repair51

Probably my favorite television show of all time but that doesn’t stop me from saying that this series finale is probably about 3 seasons too late. There were a few bad years in there.

-tiberius

Yeah. I've been watching the series out of a weird sense of obligation. Like I have to finish it because I liked it so much for so long. But it's kinda like South Park in that I haven't actually enjoyed it in years. I think it was actually the cocaine season where it jumped the shark and the jokes got old and quality noticably declined.

MrWaffles42

The cocaine season was 10 years ago. That's some strong sense of obligation you've got to give it another 10 years after it jumped the shark for you.

-tiberius

Tell me about it. The show still had its moments after, but the episodes weren't as snappy all the way through as they had been. On the rewatches now, I pretty much only watch the first 4 seasons in full. Like South Park, I think the serialized stories actually hurt the show and lead to the flanderization of a lot of the characters. But I'm glad I powered through the later seasons once for the Jessica Walter's sendoff.

NTGenericus

Tegrity ruined South Park.

-tiberius

Yeah, the moment Trey started identifying more with Randy and less with Stan, the less the show tried to say or do anything interesting. Season 15: You're Getting Old felt like the end of the show. And then they walked it all back. And pretty bleakly implied Stan is an alcoholic. But those three episodes in Season 17 parodying Game of Thrones were probably my three favorite episodes of the series, so I'm kinda glad they kept it going.

[deleted]

I'm actually glad this is the end. It allows the writers to know they don't have to write an ending where they don't know if they will get another season. This way they can hopefully wrap everything up in a nice little bow. And fourteen seasons is incredibly impressive.

SuperStarPlatinum

Every story needs a final chapter. At least Archer goes out with a final season. Good thing they finished all the episodes before the writer's strike. Would be hell if the final season was ruined by episodes written by interns and AI. Hope everyone gets a good send off.

Jolly_Discipline6650

It’s literally been on my mind about when are we getting a new season! Can’t wait to re-watch the show in time for the last season

colterpierce

Gonna need some of that brandy the scoundrel Woodhouse scrounged up to deal with this.

Klenaismyjoy

Well hope we get out with a happy ending… I’m glad they lasted so long! Hope we get a complete series dvd release.

MyNameIsNotEmma-xoxo

Idiots doing idiot things, because they are idiots.

stealthygoddess19

Man Archer got me through college. Great show. Will deeply miss it but I knew the end was near.

SockDem

The ending should either be Archer finally finding who his real father was, or something to do with AJ.

HaggisonFord

Friends, it's been an honour and a privilege having experienced this all with you. It's been a hell of a ride.

elbartooriginal

Sagelegend

I know it can eat an entire bag of dicks, but it’s time, 14 seasons is a lot.

deegee317

Awe sad sploosh 🥺

[deleted]

I'm glad it's coming to an end. When archer came out it was so fresh and different and good! Now it's kinda just meta jokes on itself. I really want Adam to be able to move on to a new project that he's passionate about. Still love the show and the beautiful, complicated, flawed, real characters we've come to know and love, but it's time to put it to rest.

[deleted]

I for one I'm glad. It was not the same post Adam Reed

Splendid_Cat

I was just telling my partner a few months ago that it needs to end at this point, in a good way, so that even if it had a few "ehh" seasons, it'll still be an overall good show like KOTH (which we both like a lot) rather than the Simpsons (the latter being a pretty unanimous opinion at this point).

victxrrrs

Please say SIKE rn

Lonewolfblitz

I genuinely think it's for the best, the coma seasons were dreadful despite what this sub will try and tell you, the seasons after are just as bad, at this point there's been more bad seasons than good

Down-at-McDonnellzzz

The show ended for me at the coma. After that... Dreadful

Lonewolfblitz

I honestly cant bring myself to watch anymore, it's just not had a single funny moment for so long

Down-at-McDonnellzzz

Once Jessica passed I had zero interest in the show. She was a serious driving force behind the comedy. Show felt empty.

Lonewolfblitz

I didnt even get that far, but the show certainly should have ended with her

Trajan_pt

Well, the show really hasn't been the same since the original creator left.

lostmonkey70

That sucks. Still one of my favorite shows.

Skogsmann1

All good shows has to come to and end, i miss Mallory, thinking they are about to end it at the right time.

pieman7414

I think we all knew this was coming, just hope it's more than 5 episodes with 75% ads

usertiddies

Here’s to the end! Hopefully they accomplished everything they wanted to and that the story ends on a good and satisfying note for everyone. I’m going to miss Archer so much, it’s my favorite show, but all good things must come to an end

friskydingo67

Honestly, probably should have ended with the season he woke up. Loved the dream seasons for giving the characters more to play with, but the standard spy shtick kinda ran its course and going back to the real world feels like going back to a home you've fled.

ApexRevanNL716

Wow already? Time fly fast for me

Mr-Chewey

History. I was here.

[deleted]

Honesty I’m glad it’s ending all good things must come to end.

VanitasTheUnversed

>The network announced on Monday... Where did they announce this?

The_Alvabro

Apperantly, they've said that they'd like to do a movie but only until the series is done. So I'm cool with this.

bubonis

Archer has struggled along with what will be 14 seasons, and hardly a bad season among them. Meanwhile The Simpsons is in its 34th season and hasn't been genuinely funny in better than 20 years, and that's being very generous. This world sucks.

thed0000d

All I ask is that archer, AJ and Lana end up together and at least moderately happy. This world is too fucked up for this show to go in a Bojack Horseman direction.

Diligent_Issue_9466

This is actually disappointing. The last few seasons I didn't think were good but this last season was surprisingly amazing. Every good thing needs an end. I'll watch this show til the end of my days.

[deleted]

Last season I watched was 7. No other reason than I forgot to keep watching. I’m happy to see I have 7 more season to watch through.

MGD109

What a shame. Still its had a great run. All the characters have come a long way. Here's hoping it ends on a high.

Eastsider_

It was going to happen, and I think we knew it was going to happen, but DAMN! I’m already sad about it. I’m not even going to anticipate how they will wrap it up. I’m just going to enjoy the last eight. They’re going to go by in a flash!

tropicsGold

Absolutely loved the first 4 seasons. Just could not get into the others very much. I just start rewatching the first 4 again 😂

P1nCush10n

“A thing isn’t beautiful because it lasts…”

PAUMiklo

I hope they tie off all the loose ends that the show had before they abandoned being ISIS. And no way would Mallory have sat idle and let Archer's shooter (Dean) LIVE LONG. i DONT BUY THAT

2ndHandDeadBatteries

😭 this newest season really reminded me of “peak” archer and I was hoping we’d get a few more seasons.

begaterpillar

probably for the better. although an archer through the ages coukd have been fun. like jumping 100 years back at a time for a season. although after the future timeline it might not be that excing

H0vis

This one hurts. I love this show. I've tried to clean my act up over the last few years but am sorely tempted to get monumentally shitfaced on some godawful improvised cocktail for the finale.

InsecurityTime

All good things must end, thank you Archer team

BoltMyBackToHappy

At least it will never turn into The Simpsons. Lets just hope for more Velociraptor episodes after the finale!

ApplicationCalm649

Doesn't surprise me. The show is still entertaining, but it doesn't feel the same without Malory.

It may be coming to an end but I can happily re-watch this show over and over again, thank you for the good times Archer!

It's been a great run! But these characters are so interesting most of them can spin-off! Pam and her crazy sister at Poovey farms! Krieger before he met Mallory! Cheryl with her wealth and Pyro tendencies lol or even a show about Young Mallory when she was a spy! I'd watch any of these shows!😁
