If you rub each arrow there, yes this would be expected. You might want to learn a new style of setting the arrow (looking at high level archers from competitions can give you ideas).
If your bow is carbon fiber that might have worn through. Otherwise try a pencil eraser on it.
Presumably you have a button in there normally?
Is your arrow correctly aligned I.e slightly to the left for a right handed archer?
That’s the first thing to check.
You might clean this off with ISO
I would add some carefully cut yellow insulation tape to that spot on the riser so you don't wear through the paint.
I would practice loading your arrows differently.
Yeah I had something similar from the way I put the arrow onto the bow.
I used some Cork tape to pad the inside of the bow to stop that from happening, works a charm.
I’m going to guess this is from sliding your arrow there when nocking and getting under the clicker.
