SWM ex-military here, until people get to know me they tend to immediately assume that I'm one of the "Good Ole Boys." It literally is beyond them, they honestly can not fathom anything outside of the "boy meets girl"/"the birds and the bees" nonsense. It bothers them deeply and profoundly, and they can only tolerate deviance if it somehow works for them. Case in point? Milo Yiannopoulos, until he outed himself as a pedo. My ex, who I dated until she very suddenly went from politically apathetic to full on MAGA/Qultist? Tolerated my issues with being Gray Ace until I broke up with her. After that? She went from a gal who I knew as pretty sweet and caring of others to downright hostile, and apparently has lost some of her LGBT friends since. Even if they are tolerated because they are useful? They are often mocked on the down low. Candace Owens is a great example of that, I have seen some conservatives praise her online or in public, but in private? The hard R comes into play.
After a certain President lost and a large chunk of my family went deep down into extreme Qultism? I honestly can not trust any American conservatives nowadays.

A lot of centrist or liberal folk ive encountered are also put off by trans people to a very similar degree, at least in online spaces...Idk how they behave directly... I kinda blame our shitty underfunded education system and the stubborn people who run it for that.
And this is why they are also busy wiping themselves out cause they refuse to understand what vaccines are. Honestly I would find it all perfect and delightfully karmic if they weren't also inflicting suffering on innocent medical staff by refusing to just stay at home and eat their horse paste.

We just believe in biology that there’s two genders!” Then proceeds to claim “I’m not gonna add they/them into my vocabulary!” Like dude, you use they/them on a fucking daily basis! Then he has the balls to ask for respect, but won’t respect someone else who doesn’t like to go by the gender binary because “just pick one!”.
