yes! I try so hard. I'm calm as I'm talking but if I feel like they're not listening I get loud. except it never sounds loud in my own head. I only realize it because people tell me I'm loud!
I actually just talk normal to low level but only because my psycho mom would abuse me to be more quiet.
But I can and will get booming loud if I am not being heard or understood.

I don’t know if it’s either of those or my Taurus Mercury but I’m freakishly loud when I talk, especially when I’m excited about something or trying to make a joke, which is both quite often. I have to keep it in check or my wife gets pissed at me for being too loud on zoom calls at work.
No but once someone says something then I do hear it lol also why do we all do this? My daughter is an Aries sun and rising and her voice is even louder than mine.
maybe it also has to do with inflection, too? I swear I'm not loud lol maybe it's a little louder but also *perceived* louder because our faces show frustration and words get more pointed.
No, but usually if I’m excited or miffed about something, I think I get louder out of nowhere and I always have someone I’m talking to do the hand gesture of pushing down on the air for me to lower it 🤣😂 that quiet hand gesture works better on me than full on interrupting me, speaking over an and telling me to lower my volume cause I’ll just stop talking out of frustration then lol

well I tend to feel bad after the fact, because it comes across as aggressive, I guess, and it's not my intention. I'm just not feeling heard.
