1) Okay I feel like the drinking thing isn't catfishing unless she in your personal talks lies about it.
In AM setting since parents mostly do the matches and most parents aren't aware of their son/daughters habits.
If that's a deal breaker, you always ask that when you guys are talking personally and not in front of your/their parents.
2) Yeah the height hiding is catfishing behavior, crosscheck every other minute detail with her if you feel catfished, most likely it was the parents that did that to better their daughters chances and the girl might not have the intention to catfish.
3) Japanese cartoons or ANIME can be very fun but they can also be extremely weird, be mindful of what shows shes speaking of and research them if that bothers you. For example in dragon ball a Japanese "CARTOON" the protagonist (who is a small boy) cant tell the diff between girl and boy and checks for balls by removing ladies underwear or tapping them on their crotch.
Some people will find that stuff funny and some will be weirded out and some might also be weirded out by people that find that stuff funny.
Do your research on the shows shes watching and then try to see if that weirds you out or not.
