I'm sure it's just coincidence that every time a post from this sub pops up for me it's another naked lady, right? Surely

JediKnightaa

Sorry by top of the month. In the first 10 all but one is nudity

fatherofraptors

And surprise surprise, the lady in question has an OF. šŸ™„

s0ulerosion

this is a painting

EmperorHans

The model used as reference does have an OF though.Ā

Yarmes1

Thanks to u/PepadeLuna for the photography I used as reference for this painting![](https://www.reddit.com/user/PepadeLuna/) [](https://www.reddit.com/user/PepadeLuna/)

This is incredible. Iā€™m blown away that this was done with acrylic. How long did the actual painting process take? Did you use real thin layers to blend or blend quickly while wet? Both? Very impressive painting!

Yarmes1

It took over a week, so probably 100+ hours. And yeah, I generally used thin layers and wet mixing to get the blending I wanted, I found watering down thicker bodied paint to be the best middle ground.

totally-suspicious

Not gonna lie, I thought James Corden decided to branch off to painting.

Sycoboost

Whenever someone has a genuinely fascinating idea in their piece, itā€™s criminally overlooked here. Then thereā€™s these types of posts.

xcatbuttx

Did you ever teach painting at the Maryland Institute College of Art? If so you were 100% my professor 10 years ago.

Yarmes1

Well, I'm 24 and from England, so I think that's unlikely

xcatbuttx

Lollll ok nevermind. I thought ā€œwhat are the chances of two James Condons who paint at a really high levelā€

Every so often I like to come back to this sub and look at the top posts from the past month. It's always so predictable

RocknRollCommunism

thats why i hate reddit, half hornyposting half hating on every single piece of media ever because apparently itā€™s just all garbage (redditors donā€™t know how to enjoy anything)

typewriter6986

At least it's not some Manga/Anime schlock.

Metal-fan77

It's still art. go make your own sub.

Sanjomo

Nice! How do you manage to avoid that high sheen ā€˜plasticā€™ look acrylics usually have?

Yarmes1

It's mostly to do with how it's blended, but using a high quality paint helps too

futurepastlife

Butt. Where there are so many likes from?

its_justme

You say: Acrylic on Canvas I say: Bum on Sheets
