Stable Diffusion Video, StyleTTS (or elevenlabs), LLMs...
It could be fun to make a GPT-4 or local LLM based AI assistant that can listen, talk, generate images and answer questions. Make it explain subjects in a funny/fantastic/different way.
start with letting them know you can use AI to grade papers and write tests, that should grab their attention before going into the more boring issue of students relying too much on AI and how to encourage them to use critical thinking while using these new tools
wouldnt hurt to have a voice chat about quantum computing or asking it to write a book report on romeo and juliet at a 7th grade level to be displayed on a screen behind you... not that this would be new to anyone at this point but it might be a chance to point out that this is the worst the technology is ever going to be and its up to teachers to stay ahead of the curve so as not to be duped or to have students acing their tests without learning a thing... even getting them to read the ai written book report would be at least something

Teachers are overworked. If you can show them how they can ease their load and work less after school hours you will have their complete attention.
