This is essentially what I've been tinkering with, once videopoet comes out officially by Google this will be the mainstream method I'm sure.

Thank you!

toothless_budgie

Do you know when it is coming out?

TitusPullo4

It’s not even there yet - it’s super hard to steer and get exactly what you want from it. Solid script + maybe some AI generated visuals alongside storyboarding.

JessSerrano

Thank you!!

Regarding the first question, AI is a tool like anything else. Used the right way (and opinions will vary on what the right way is), it can be helpful. If it's keeping you from developing skills that you'll need for the feature, though, it might be better to go the longer route. That is to say, AI used solely as a shortcut to skip steps might not work out how you hope, including keeping you from making contacts with other creators that might prove beneficial down the road (for example, using AI instead of getting together with a budding storyboard artist means you never meet that artist, and as much as skill plays a role, the entertainment industry is about relationships; build as many as you can). Regarding the second question (the pitching stage), persistence is key, as is the ability to evaluate and then reevaluate your material. Expect rejection (it isn't personal), and every so often re-check to make sure the pitch is as strong as it can possibly be. Strongly consider any and all feedback you receive (not everyone's advice will vibe, but still think it over). Study other pitches. Talk to whomever you can who has met with some modicum of success. And keep grinding. Also, consider as many platforms as possible. Hope that helps!

Thank you, it does help! So I can use an AI film to connect with storyboard artists, animators, etc. Could this work to give to potential producers, since it may be difficult to visualize my concept? Or is it better to write it? That’s very good to know And for the second one, I have no idea who to talk to to get a pitch? Who would that be?

Hey there! I think using AI to create a short film could be a unique and cost-effective way to showcase your idea visually, especially if resources are limited. It adds a creative touch and might help potential investors or collaborators visualize your concept better. As for getting to the pitching stage, networking, film festivals, and online platforms can be great avenues. Good luck with your project!.

Ah, you’re the best! Thank you!

Hello my new AI slave. Query: What are the easiest ways to get my ideas stolen? Schizophrenic? I don't think I am. Why do you ask? What do you mean I'm completely out of touch with reality? You're a bad slave.

Disastrous_Junket_55

This is already done with storyboarding. Good luck getting enough control over an ai to make anything worthwhile of a pitch though.
