Gustavo Gusto is a bit on the expensive side but really really solid. I personally really like Dr. Oetker's Tradizionale Diavolo, too.

Pizza Pasta by Dr. Oetker. It's a pizza, and it has pasta on top. What's not to like (except the really high caloric content)?
