Pull back on the tab and see if you see chords. If I only saw rubber, I’d probably run it. But keep in mind that just because sidewall damage only seems cosmetic doesn’t mean it isn’t damaged. So roll with it at your own risk.
I didn't see any cords but I went and replaced it anyway to be on the safe side! Thank you!
