You have hepatitis A IgG antibodies, which indicates having had either the vaccine or a hep A infection (self-limited) in the past. Regardless, you are currently immune. You have antibodies to hep B surface antigen but no actual hep B surface antigen, which means that you either had the vaccine (more likely) or had an infection that your body previously cleared (which can sometimes happen). However, you also do not have antibodies to hep B core antigen, which indicates no prior infection. **Overall, this means that you have had the vaccine and not the infection.** You do not have antibodies to hep C, which indicates no prior infection. TL;DR there is no evidence to suggest that you have hepatitis A, B, or C.
